TLC 100 Real Talk Training - An Introduction to Coaching
1 Credit Hour
Real Talk Training is a one-day introductory seminar, training leaders in interpersonal communication skills. RTT is an interactive experience including demonstration, practice and constructive feedback. Drawing from the same insights and exercises of the intensive classes, the class equips students to use professional coaching techniques to revolutionize their everyday communications.

TLC 110 Accelerated Coach Training
4 Credit Hours
Leadership coaching is a skill that will benefit all individuals involved in ministry. This is a fifteen week course where the student will receive training in leadership coaching through being coached, putting acquired coaching principles to work in their own life and then using them to begin coaching others. An authentic peer coaching relationship will be developed, along with the nurturing of the heart and disciplines of a coach and experience on how growth is multiplied in a coaching community that are learning the skills. No prerequisites required.

TLC 210 Life Focus Coach Training
6 Credit Hours
Second semester of coach training. Life Focus is designed to provide students with the ability to identify calling, identity, dreams, visions, goal-setting and accomplishment, and life lived intentionally and purposefully, for themselves and those they coach. TLC 110 is a prerequisite.

TLC 210 Implementation Coach Training
6 Credit Hours
Third semester of coach training that serves as a practicum for those individuals seeking credentialing. During this semester students will be coaching their own clients. After successful completion, students can become credentialed life coaches. TLC 110 and TLC 210 are prerequisites.
