Enrollment and Registration
All new students must complete a student application form. This is a $25 one-time enrollment fee for new students. Registration for each quarter will be held on designated dates. Enrollment and course fees must be paid at the time of registration. A payment plan is available upon request. Students must satisfy all financial commitments to the college before taking their final examinations or receiving their certificate, diploma, or degree.
Tuition
The tuition cost per quarter hour is $85. A 3-quarter hour class is therefore $255. Required textbooks are not included in the tuition rate, and usually vary between $15 and $38 dollars.

The Nathanael Scholarship Fund
The Nathaniel Scholarship Fund has been established for students who are instrumental in reaching out to friends and contacts regarding the importance of continuing Biblical education. This fund allows CHBC to help you as you help your friends. Like Philip telling Nathaniel to "come and see" in the first chapter of John, you become eligible for the Scholarship Fund when you help your friends make the decision to continue in education. The Nathaniel Scholarship Fund is available to any registered CHBC student who refers someone to CHBC and are named on the new individual’s application. Each person that registers and pays their tuition, makes the referring student eligible for one half of the tuition for one course the following quarter to be paid for by the Scholarship Fund. Further information is available at the college office.
Refund Policy
The following procedure will be followed for refunds for officially dropped courses.
Drop forms must be signed by professor(s) and given to the dean for a refund to be available to the student.
Courses dropped after the first week: 100% refund of tuition
After the second week: 50% refund of tuition
After the third week: 25% refund of tuition
After the fourth week: no refund. Textbooks are not refundable
Cancellation of Scheduled Courses
CHBC has established policies regarding the cancellation of scheduled courses and makes these policies known to its students through the Student Catalog. In the event that required courses in a given quarter must be canceled, adequate provisions are taken to assist students in completing their program requirements in a timely fashion. The college reserves the right to cancel elective courses if enrollment is below seven students. The institute may elect to continue the course if the professor agrees to a pro-rated reduction in compensation. The school will not cancel a required course due to insufficient enrollment. If a course is canceled all monies are refunded or may be applied towards enrollment in another course.
